Follow a good diet is one of the most important requirements for our body to function properly and protected from disease. In other words, we need it to be healthy and have a better quality of life.

Anyway, note that following a healthy menu is a habit that we must gradually incorporate in our day to day, so that is effective and is maintained over time. So, I approached some tips for healthy eating that will help you get started.

Eat nutritious food. Our body needs more than 40 different nutrients. Since no single food exite the contribution we all have to ensure a balanced menu rich in fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, poultry and fish. Follow the food pyramid and make sure a nutritious diet. The amount of food you consume will depend on your calorie needs.
