Many have a phobia of insects. Others on the planes and I even heard that some people have a phobia of buttons. Precisely, the phobia is irrational to be afraid, persistent and recurrent for a particular object or situation so that the person loses all control. This is one of the most common anxiety disorders, especially in women, but in many cases negatively affects the quality of life of its victims.

What types of phobias are there? They are social phobias, when you feel fear of a particular situation, with the presence of people, specific phobias, for example, when we fear something in particular, like spiders, heights, blood, or spaces closed, and the phobias agoraphobia, which is the fear of leaving home or familiar places. Whatever the category of disorder that you have, there are treatments for them.

How are The Nightmares?

All we have ever jumped scared of bed after a bad dream. Sometimes we dream things so bad that we suddenly wake up sweaty and anxious, scared, nervous and anxiety until, luckily, we realize that it was all a dream. These dreams, whose images represent undesirable or unpleasant situations we are called nightmares.

While we’ve all had a nightmare once, especially when we were kids, you might be surprised to know that there are people who can not stop suffering.
