are checked by hand before they are approved.
2. Recip link must be placed in a highly
visible spot.
3. We do not accept free email accounts such
as Hotmail, Yahoo Mail etc as valid contact addresses.
4. We do not accept sites that are under construction.
5. We reserve the right to deny any sites that
does not follow our rules.
6. Do NOT hotlink the banners, host them from
