Post Holiday Syndrome in Children

Summer ends, and most people already have been reintegrated into the productive life of citizens, but many others are still on holiday with their children. The time sometimes comes back with an extra ingredient which we talkĀ post holiday syndrome.
This mismatch with the obligations and responsibilities, may create a few headaches, which simply translates into a low work performance, fatigue and stress. Not only adults suffer from post holiday syndrome, children also suffer and it is good prevention.
That is why it is good as to prepare children for school back and tackles, so avoid giving full with a reality that does not undergo three months ago and post holiday syndrome is made present.
It is important to be adapting to the children to new schedules. Bed early, set meal times, study up, etc. This will help the child back to school deal with a more organized and not all at once, which can cause a slow and complicated adaptation in the early weeks.
It is essential that house was warm and quiet, harmony and relaxation time, since it makes no sense to burden children with activities and obligations immediately.
