Whether it’s snack time or in your meals these foods can satisfy the hunger and palate and provide nutrients to your body
Some of the following foods are high in calories so consumed in moderation as the avocado, but they are very nutritious and worth eating.
- Lentils and beans (beans). They have almost no fat and provide protein to the body, can substitute for meat. They provide B vitamins, minerals like iron and magnesium, and I quickly satiated.
- Sweet potatoes. Are preferable to potatoes (potatoes) for its high content of vitamins and minerals
- Eggs. They have great nutritional value and low caloric intake. Ideal for dinner or breakfast combined with vegetables.

A plate of normal cooking oatmeal with milk, a prune and a few nuts is a perfect breakfast for energy and feeling full all morning.
