According to a study who watched the puppy photos yielded the same results that took a pill antidepressant.
The study does not surprise me because some time ago I read another study. This compared the effects of one of the most famous brands of medications for depression with placebos used during the study to approve the drug and placebo gave almost as good results as the pills.
It is therefore surprising that the drug for sale to the public. This medicine is used by millions of people in USA and many more in the world. But you know there are many activities to combat the depression that does not require medication. These activities can be part of a more complex program that includes therapy. Among these:
Physical activity
Help for many reasons including: relaxing, energizing, clears the mind, keeps you busy for a while and away from the circumstances that cause depression, makes you feel good because it imposes discipline and most importantly makes us secrete hormones that make us feel well.
The first line of action is to involve us in physical activities. It may be normal exercise, dance, etc..
Artistic activities
The ability to create beautiful objects have all the people but not the use or we’re aware of it. Whether you paint, make crafts and so on. creative activities relax us and help us to vent.

Social Activities
Loneliness is one of the causes and consequences of depression. Being surrounded by people helps us see the world and stop concentrating only on ourselves. Social activities are not only on the Internet we have to have real friends
Charitable activities
It’s hard to be selfish and live alone in a world where only care about us when we see the needs of those less fortunate. Doing charity work makes us feel good.

Read jokes, watch movies humorous, humorous call a friend. Laugh, it is difficult to get depressed when you laugh.
