stress in children

Unfortunately, no one is free from stress does not discriminate on gender, race, socioeconomic position, religion, personal interests and certainly not age. Concerns about job search and work pressure in adults has its pair when it comes to school stress in children.

We were all children once and we remember those distant times when we cried when we had to leave our toys to make the impossible math homework. Not to mention when, a little larger, we face the challenge of studying history and geography lessons for the first test of school and trying the best qualifications for Mom and Dad congratulated us.

The Mass Production of Pigs is the Cause of the Swine Flu Virus

Wednesday, June 30th, 2010

SWIN FLUThe mass production of pigs is the cause of the swine flu virus. There are 25 million pigs in Spain. We’re up to a bit more Than half a pig per Spaniard. There are 60 billion pigs in the world. Politically, the pig-world has no structure, biologically But the pig-world has Begun to emit signs of defense: the virus. The same is happening with swine flu virus chickens. The That Means Their pigs are unlimited reacting to industrial production. Biologically They Have the right so to do, Which Is Why They are doing it. Without a Doubt, we are faced with a process: Poultry, swine, cattle. The Phenomenon of Mad Cow disease FOLLOWS the same logic. I think will be the next species in the fish farms fish: trout, sea bream, sea bass, etc, at Some moment Because There has to be a proportional Equivalence Between the terrestrial and the Aquatic worlds. It Seems as if the animal world is Beginning to send out a tenuous September of messages. They’re broadcasting. Something They’re Saying. Let’s listen to it. Pigs Have Begun to finally speak. It Was About Time They Tried to send a message.the creation of the virus is a kind of logos (word). Nobody Can bear to lose Their identity, Not Even pigs. The swine flu virus is born Because of the loss of identity at the industrial scale. Pigs from the old days the virus produces Did not Because They Had An identity. Today’s pigs OPERATION SPARTACUS Have Begun. “

much Nitrogen Products Which Aggravate the Uremic Symptoms

Thursday, May 20th, 2010

KLIn the case of animal protein (meat, eggs, dairy) provide important essential amino acids in IRC where metabolisme, as previously mentioned, is enhanced by several factors (metabolic acidosis, hyperparathyroidism, uremic state, hormonal disturbances , etc.) yet are attributed as a major adverse situation “renal work” (for afferent arteriole vacillation with increased filtration) to produce as much nitrogen products which aggravate the uremic symptoms.

With regard to vegetable proteins (legumes) would seem to offset the damage of the animal protein they do not affect blood flow to gloomily filtration, reduced proteins, urinary albumin and cretonne increased serum protein levels, contribute less methionine preventing or reducing homo cysteine also play a leading role in diet therapy of lipid abnormalities (most prevalent in this patient) and are foods low in sodium. Finally, and not least for our times, are inexpensive. When discussing the disadvantages of these proteins could mention:

a) A lower protein digestibility (PDCAAS) whereas this index as the conjunction between protein digestibility and amino acid pattern has (score) in relation to the requirements.

B) A high or very high in potassium and phosphorus: chemical composition tables available report high contents of these minerals to be limited as renal disease progresses. Anyway there is too much variability in the information on mineral composition of these foods (especially soy) which shows that the variety and growing conditions play an important role. With regard to potassium, we also know that there soaking and cooking procedures that work on reducing risk.

c) Gastrointestinal disorders: They are a major disadvantage when it comes to increase the supply of vegetables, especially in patients with uremic symptoms.

d) Finally it is important to note that vegetables are not part of the eating habits of many patients, fewer stages of anorexia.

As we see, both animal proteins and vegetable have their pros and cons.

Room for debate, but for now it is clear that while the excess of animal protein is harmful, are an irreplaceable contribution, while those of plant origin only contribution but are insufficient to be included as an add significant.

Histologically Benign Meningiomas and Atypical or Malignant

Tuesday, May 11th, 2010

meningioma1Meningioma

The intracranial meningioma is considered as a slowly developing tumor, which during its progression can cause neurological symptoms either by compression or invasion, surgery being the treatment of choice .

We can distinguish histologically benign meningiomas and atypical or malignant. No date publications of randomized trials comparing radiosurgery and fractionated stereotactic radiation therapy versus other treatments. Evidence suggests dealing with radiosurgery “a fraction” minor injuries to 40 mm in diameter and located not less than 5 mm of the optic tract to avoid any sequelae [49-53].

Among the indications of radiosurgery and fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy, surgical resection is described tumors incomplete and difficult surgical access or unresectable. Local control in this tumor expresses the tumor stability reaches 80% at 7 years of follow-up
The proximity of the optic tract and other organs at risk suggests the use of fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy with IMRT radiosurgery more frequently than “a fraction”.

Relationship Between Periodontal Disease and Diabetes

Thursday, April 22nd, 2010

Relationship Between Periodontal Disease and DiabetesDiabetes affects approximately 24 million Americans or about 8% of the population. This is a disease marked by high blood sugar levels caused by the production of insulin function. An individual becomes insulin resistant diabetes when the pancreas can no longer release enough insulin to lower blood sugar and organs become exhausted. Pancreas is controlled by hormonal feedback mechanisms. Acute and chronic infection in the body’s hormones to create chaos. Periodontal disease is the most widespread infectious diseases on the planet, triggering a lot of chaos.

Mouth help the sugar found in gum disease. Constant introduction and presence of sugar in the mouth (as with the sippy cup of juice), feed the bacteria that cause periodontal disease. Blood vessels in diabetes are also compromised. They thicken and slow the delivery of oxygen to the extremities. Likewise, they slow the elimination of waste from this network. All of which lowered defense against infection, including periodontal infection.

A detailed publication Dentistry Today the relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes. Those with diabetes have more severe periodontal problems and people with periodontal disease have a more difficult time controlling their diabetes. Link found in both adults and children. Approximately 50 per cent of children had periodontal disease, according to Lucile Packard Children Hospital at Stanford University Medical Center. Unfortunately the symptoms of periodontal disease are often not seen until the disease is advanced. A dentist can diagnose the disease at an early stage, before the parents realize their children have them. Thus, it is important that children with diabetes receive regular oral checkups.
