<p>Pain is a matter of daily life, which has serious implications for the sufferer, especially for those who <strong>practice sports</strong>. Training in the gym is a fine line between physical growth and the lesion, eight of 10 youths and adults are athletes, &#8220;weekend&#8221;, they are more prone to damage muscles and joints, from bruises to fractures delaying the recovery process.</p>
<p>Usually an injury is caused by any of the following three reasons:</p>
<p>- Make exercise really hard, for example, if exceeded in weight without adequate preparation;<br />
- A poor technique during implementation and,<br />
- No warm-up exercises.</p>
<p>While the first two cases can cause <strong>fractures</strong>, <strong>breaks</strong> and tears, the third can cause tendinitis, acute compression or <strong>stress fracture</strong>.</p>
<p>Dr. Beatriz Zazueta Montiel, member of the Mexican College of Rheumatology said there are two types of sports injuries: acute injuries and chronic, where the former is characterized by occur suddenly during activity, with <strong>symptoms as severe pain</strong>, swelling, difficulty in moving the injured joint, and so on.</p>
<p>Regarding the<strong> chronic illnesses</strong>, are called in this way if the pain persists for more than three months, these lesions are most prevalent among men and women of all ages, which occur after performing a particular sport or activity for a long time, his main symptoms are persistent inflammation and pain that can occur even when at rest.</p>
